DrugDiscovery for GPCR Targets: 

Last year saw an explosion of information from GPCR crystal structures.  This session will cover recent advances in the field of GPCR pharmacology with an emphasis on 3D structures, structure based drug design, dimerization, allosteric modulation, functional selectivity and novel screening technologies.  In particular, several emerging companies will discuss their novel approaches to GPCR drug discovery.
